●The AirPods Pro 1 generation is the same size as the AirPods Pro 2 generation, but the AirPods Pro 2 generation will have more holes on the bottom. Only some products have dedicated holes for AirPods Pro 2nd generation. So if the product you like is out of stock for AirPods Pro 2, you can choose the AirPods Pro 1 case as a replacement.
●AirPods Pro (1nd generation) was previously known as AirPods Pro 3. If your headphones are AirPods Pro 3, please select the AirPods Pro 1 gen model.
●We produce case models other than options for some styles, if you like this product but there is no option for your headphone model, you can contact me.
●This product is only a protective case and does not include headphone.

  • Orders with personalized items will take 1-3 business days more to process.

3. DELIVERY TERMS

We work with many carriers to ship the order, which depends on the shipment address. 

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. The package may be subject to local customs or VAT taxes, which depend on the shipping destination. 4. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been in production. If you need to update it, please reach us within 06 hours of placing your order via the email address at the bottom of this page or fill in this Contact Form.

 

5. CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order within 06 hours of placing it, you will be held responsible for the payment fee (if incurred), which is non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
